行程路線：南清公路(122縣道) → 五指山口站(BUS STOP) → (...4K ...) → 灶君堂、玉皇宮 → (...1K...) → 竹林禪寺 → 姆指峰(980M) → 食指峰(1040M) → 中指峰(小百岳1061M) (1:00PM) → 松林隧道 → 隘(大隘社)蘭(白蘭部落)聯絡道路 → 舊十八兒部落 → (3:30PM)上坪老街(122縣道) → 上坪(BUS STOP)
